Welcome, Ladies and Gents To The Umi no Ai ~ Amie Fan Club!

My name is Kagura, known on my personal DA account and other places as Ohtori Kagura, self appointed president and dedicated Amie fanatic since her birth and perhaps more if I ever get a chance to remember my past life.

Now, for those of you just getting into the scene, you may ask, "Who's Amie?"

Well, let's start with a single phrase: One Piece. One Piece, the popular anime features a wide variety of characters and adventures that it has the magical powers to inspire several others to create their own characters. Amie's mun, Rache [Though I call her Yoko and you can't. XP] was so inspired by the One Piece story and Sanji that she created her own character, Amie Von Harlock. This strong yet sophisticated lass is a masterpiece. A work of art.

Amie isn't your typical original character. In the neverending sea of Mary Sues and sad, sad writing, there's Amie, a character that could almost be your next door neighbor. Yes. She's portrayed that realistically in her writing.

And that's why I dedicated this club to her. Amie should not just be appreciated by her mun or myself, but by the rest of the world. She's such a unique, fun character and I hope that most of you are now intrigued and eager to know even more about this coorful character.
